Rental Requirements

Reservations: must be made in advance and accompanied by a $500 deposit. In the event of a cancellation, we will credit you a Raincheck for the full amount paid for up to one year to apply on another rental. To make a reservation, go to our Reservations Page for more information.

Renters and drivers must be at least 25 years old.

Insurance: We make it simple to cover you stress free! Insurance is purchased through our third party vendor within the system.

Rental Damage Deposits: are required for all rentals. $500 for Travel Trailers and $1000 for A and C Class RV’s.

Full Payment: for all rentals is required 30 days prior to departure. To determine this amount, please contact us and we will send you a complete estimate and your rental requirements.

Picking up your rental: You will need at least 60 minutes to check-out on the first day of rental. This allows a full orientation of all aspects of the coach you have selected. We conduct a full 360 video and photo inspection upon check out and check in that is time/date/geo stamped. This is for your protection and ours.

Returning your rental: We will need time to check your motor home back in so you are not required to stay. While we do a complete walk-through of your Rental upon return, we have a 5-day “post rental” detailed inspection that is complete to ensure there are no issues with the Rental following your rental period. After we have completely checked in the coach, we will return (within 14 days) you your damage deposit refund (less any adjustments for damages, if applicable).
